Warranty & Terms of Service
Every repair, replacement and rebuild is covered by our 60-day warranty.
All repairs include a 60-day warranty on both parts supplied and installed by TechMedic. Every repair and installation includes high-grade parts and components. If a repaired part fails under normal use, we’ll repair the replacement at no extra cost. Damage from normal wear and tear; accidental drops or impact; liquid; or improper charging are not covered.

Tier Quality
We offer three quality tiers. Each tier reflects the quality of the part you choose for your device, and all repairs and installed are performed with the same precision and care.
Pro: Dependable aftermarket parts
Performance: High-grade components designed for factory-level standards
Performance+Plus: Original equipment and manufacture-grade (OEM or equivalent) parts offering flagship-level performance. (Pulled-part options may be available.)
Refunds, returns and cancellations
Repairs can only be canceled before work begins. Once installation starts, warranty coverage begins and refunds are not available.
Device Condition
Please back up your device’s data before your service repair appointment. TechMedic isn’t responsible for data loss, pre-existing damage or unrelated issues found during repair. All devices are power-tested under customer supervision and must receive a recorded inspection before repair is begun. Repairs may be photographed and recorded for use for marketing.
Local Pickup, Delivery and Mail-in Orders
Most repairs are completed within 2 hours of receiving the device for service. Mail-in orders can be sent back the same day after repair. TechMedic is available to pick up and deliver devices within 20 miles of Carroll County, Georgia. All devices are tested under customer supervision and must receive a recorded inspection before repair begins.
Liability
Liability is limited to the original repair cost. TechMedic isn’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses of data or downtime due to repair. (Please back up your device before your appointment.)
